Meaghan Guydon returned to Team McCarty after a 6 year break to concentrate on domestic engineering. She currently lives in The Woodlands, TX with her husband, John, and their three children, two bunnies and a ball python.
After growing up in Yorba Linda, CA, Meaghan attended The University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated as an English major. Colorado was home until 2014 when the Guydon family moved to a beautiful suburb of Houston.
Meaghan enjoys being outdoors, family bike rides, cooking, and competing in triathlon. In 2019 she completed her first 70.3 Half Ironman. Weekends are usually filled with swimming or diving meets where Meaghan volunteers as a swim official. She is also working with an illustrator to publish her second children’s book, The Non-Adventures of Tommy Tantrum. Her first book, Oops, Don’t Poop There, was an underwhelming success but a personal goal accomplished none the less.
As a valued team member, Meaghan is tasked with organizing data as well as managing social media accounts, organizing marketing items and writing the company newsletters. She takes great pride in her work here at DIS as well as her ability to tell terrifically terrible kids jokes.
